Brandon Thaxton (born February 24, 1988), known as Brandon '2 MILL' Thaxton, is an American film director, film producer, actor and entrepreneur. His career began in 2006 within Visual and Performing Arts Magnet at the Tri-Cities High School by contributing to leading roles in various school productions. His most notable appearance during high school was in the film Diary of a Mad Black Woman.
Brandon created his own business Acting Up, LLC (2012) and is Co-Founder with Errol Sadler for Supremacy Films (2013) in Atlanta, Georgia.
His directorial work includes his latest movie release Curveball (2015) featuring Rockmond Dunbar and Lynn Whitfield. He also is the director and producer for The Fuller View Television Show (2014, 2015). Thaxton was also the director for Horror Hotel (2013) and Eros (2011).

Career
Thaxton's first acting job in the movie business started while in the Visual and Performing Arts Magnet at the Tri-Cities High School in East Point, Georgia (2006) with The Thousand Dollar Bee (2004) television series. Thaxton enrolled and was admitted as the youngest actor ever into The Company Acting Studio in Atlanta, Georgia (2006). This followed by being the co-host of Lisa Knight and the Round Table (2004), a teen talk show broadcast over the Black Family Channel. Thaxton wrote and co-hosted a few of the shows and as a result, this show received a NAMIC Award in 2004 in the category of Best Children's Show. Thaxton's acting career began to grow with appearances in Diary of a Mad Black Woman (2005) and The Gospel (2005).
Thaxton began to want more knowledge on the production end of the projects. To further his education on the technical side of production, he attended and graduated from Miami International University of Art & Design (2007) and Art Institute of Atlanta (2009) with a B.A. in Film, Digital Film, & Television.
After completing his education and returning to Atlanta, Georgia, Thaxton's career began to rise quickly due to large roles such as production manager for The Steve Harvey Neighborhood Awards and Bronner Brother Hair Competition (BET/CENTRIC). Thaxton created his own business Acting Up, LLC (2012) and is Co-Founder with Errol Sadler for Supremacy Films (2013) in Atlanta, Georgia.
